Responsibilities: As an Adobe Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:- Increasing revenue for Adobe and PCM. - Encouraging and maintaining Sales focus on Adobe specific goals for PCM. - Assisting Sales with large opportunities. - Working as an overlay resource to Inside Sales Account Executives while educating and motivating them to sell Adobe solutions. - Proactively recruiting new accounts to buy from PCM thus increasing breadth of the customer base. - Providing Technical Support and Sales with the resources they need to close. - Supporting marketing programs for PCM and Adobe. - Identifying and overcoming product line roadblocks by supplying appropriate information to Sales, Marketing, PCM management and manufacturer as necessary. - Tracking and providing feedback for assigned product lines with regard to sales, large deal opportunities, lost opportunities, and roadblocks to selling their line. - New Hire Adobe training. - Outbound sales training as appropriate. Skills Required:- Recent college graduate with a passion for sales OR a skilled sales executive with a strong history of growing revenue for technology sales - Minimum of 3 years' experience employed by a Value Added Reseller or Systems Integrator - Excel at building relationships and motivating others - Ability to execute, focused on results, strong teamwork skills, self-motivated and pro-active - Strong work-ethic and self-discipline - Strong Communication skills - Ability to do marketing planning and execution of marketing activities This is a high profile position with an outstanding compensation, and benefits package.
